dream shots

Once upon a time in Milan, there lived a photographer and illustrator by the name of Giulia Pex, who added whimsical elements to her daily life by illustrating fictional characters in photos. Most mornings she’ll have cute woodland creatures and a fairy godmother watching over her as she sleeps. Sometimes she’ll take a ride with Prince Charming on his dashing bike stallion. Her dad also joins the fantastical fray, adding superhero references to his daily chores.
‘The technique of mixing photography and illustration came natural to me: it works well to express what’s in my mind. In this way, I can gather real world and imagination’s world’, she tells Visual News. You can check out more of her illustrations on her Behance page.

Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 60’s, Tom developed a strong desire to create positive change for people and planet.

He went on to pursue his passion for art and design at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and worked for design firms in Southern California before moving to Boise, Idaho in the early 80’s.
