1. Page Speed

The loading speed is the first impression a viewer will have of a website. Studies show that if a website does not load within six seconds of a viewer visiting, they will click the back button and leave the site.

2. The Use of Videos

Videos are one of the fastest ways for viewers to understand information. Along with this, videos help keep viewers engaged for more extended periods.

3. Optimize for Mobile Sites

In 2022, over 80% of website traffic is done using a mobile device. It is imperative for websites to be optimized for mobile devices so visitors are able to access it regardless of the media they choose.

4. Testimonials

Testimonials from past customers influence a new customer’s trust in the business heavily. Requesting current customers or clients to leave a Google review is one way to display testimonials and is also beneficial for a website’s SEO ranking.

5. High-Quality Content

It is important for a website to have content that aims to educate the viewer instead of simply trying to sell a product or service. Having quality content on a website is crucial to convey trust and give the viewer a positive first impression.

Tom Foerstel : Founder & President

Tom Foerstel

Founder & President

Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 60’s, Tom developed a strong desire to create positive change for people and planet.

He went on to pursue his passion for art and design at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and worked for design firms in Southern California before moving to Boise, Idaho in the early 80’s. Foerstel Design opened its doors in 1985. Since its inception, the firm has cultivated a bold, happy, forward-looking team focussed on creating distinct and effective work on behalf of their clients.

An integral part of Tom’s philosophy is giving back to the community in which he lives — a company cornerstone that drives Foerstel’s long history of providing pro-bono services to local non-profit humanitarian and arts programs.

One of Tom’s proudest personal achievements is his ability to say Supercalifragilisticexpyalidocious backwards.
